Planned experiment
Visualising a pulse sensor signal
A first experiment focused on recording, cleaning and visualising pulse data obtained from a simple biomedical sensor.
Data and Artificial Intelligence
A growing collection of small computational experiments exploring biomedical signals, data visualisation, Python and responsible artificial intelligence.
01
This project documents my first computational explorations at the intersection of biomedical engineering, neuroscience and data science.
The aim is not simply to produce visualisations or code, but to understand how biological and clinical information can be represented, analysed and interpreted responsibly.
Each experiment will include the original question, the dataset or signal used, the analytical process, the limitations of the approach and a reflection on its possible relevance to brain health.

A first experiment focused on recording, cleaning and visualising pulse data obtained from a simple biomedical sensor.
Planned experiment
An introduction to the structure of time-series data, including sampling, noise, peaks, trends and basic signal features.
Planned experiment
A conceptual exploration of how artificial intelligence could support clinical reasoning while remaining transparent, interpretable and human-centred.
Ongoing archive
Code, visualisations, notes and methodological reflections will be added progressively throughout my Biomedical Engineering studies.
